What is RAW HAIR?
RAW HAIR is 100% human, raw, and chemically unprocessed hair.
The cuticles are intact and aligned, which gives it a longer lifespan, a natural look, and excellent quality. Each bundle is unique, as it has not undergone any processing to standardize its texture.
What is the delivery time?
Our orders are prepared with the utmost care before shipping.
Delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the validation of your order. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package in real-time.
Can I color or straighten my extensions?
Yes. Our extensions support flat ironing, curling, and coloring because they are 100% human, unprocessed hair. For significant lightening, we recommend consulting a professional.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, our hair extensions are protected by a security seal. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is new, unused, and the security seal has not been removed.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not conform to your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos. After verification, we will offer you a suitable solution in accordance with legal guarantees (replacement, refund, or other solution provided by law).
